Our client wanted to update worn finishes and fixtures in his home, as well as to enhance the functionality of critical spaces, such as the family room/kitchen, master bathroom and laundry areas. Replacing cabinetry, appliances and plumbing fixtures addressed the functional needs of the program while architectural finishes, lighting and color selections further transformed the interior spaces. We chose natural stone floors and solid wood cabinetry to create a sense of timeless beauty in this elegant retreat. This project exemplifies the way in which a simple palette of materials, harmoniously selected, can provide a calm backdrop for the social and family life of a home.
