Doug Barry Marc A. Lindsell, LEED AP, CGBP

Principal

Marc believes that architecture—shaped of human spirit—surpasses the materials that build it. The expressive power of a building will vary, but even the smallest project can be imbued with a poetic gesture: the way the light drifts through a window, the warmth of a wood handrail, or the cool clatter of shoes on a tile floor.

Since opening the doors of his architecture practice in the Bernal Heights District of San Francisco 13 years ago, Marc has completed more than $15 million in residential and commercial construction projects. Prior to staring the firm, Marc worked for HTI Architects and RDS Architects designing public schools, civic spaces, and other large-scale projects.

Marc keeps his technical knowledge current through personal research and professional journals, seminars and workshops, and membership in the International Code Council, National Trust for Historic Preservation, and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), serving as the 2005 President of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter.
